This symposium highlights current trends, issues, and newly emerging therapies for the care of individuals diagnosed with heart failure. The team of professionals providing care to individuals with heart failure will extend their knowledge in order to improve care delivery and outcomes for this population in specialized settings as well as across the continuum of care.

Target Audience:

Nurses, Advanced Practice Nurses, Physician Assistants, Physicians, Pharmacists, Social Workers, Nutritionists, and members of the health care team caring for individuals with heart failure.
