I believe that every interdisciplinary team in health care can benefit from the unique perspective of nursing. However, we have to honor the talents and gifts of the other disciplines around the table or at the bedside. No one is truly successful without the support of a team. It is in community that we find our strength, can call forth the best in each other, and provide the best care to our communities.
