Overview
The Barbara Parker Research Symposium showcases the peer-reviewed research of current University of Virginia School of Nursing (SON) PhD students. We are grateful for the support of SON faculty emerita Barbara Parker, PhD, RN, FAAN for sponsoring and supporting our school's mission to prepare future nurse scientists. The 2023 Symposium includes podium and poster presentations that address a range of topics on research by nurses who seek to discover new knowledge that will ultimately benefit the health of individuals, families, and communities.
