Remember to make time each day
for BEING rather than only DOING or only THINKING
BE in a moment to hear birds wake up and sing
BE in a moment that is grateful for creative ways to connect with those you love
BE in a moment that notices a child, or dog romp with joy
BE in the moment that savors the S’more’s picnic
BE in a moment that is grateful you can breathe in and breathe out
BE in a moment that enjoys a good laugh, even if irreverent
BE in a moment when fear or tension is diffused
BE in a moment that notices and values what is most amazing about the Human Spirit
BE in a moment that notices COURAGE, COMPASSION and ENDURANCE
BE in a moment when you feel heard and understood
BE in a moment that recognizes and feels the love and support that surrounds you
BE in a moment that notices normalcy throughout your day
BE in a moment that knows the sun still rises, and the sun still sets
BE in a moment to watch the stars come out, one by one
BE in a moment that savors the warm water from your shower
BE in a moment that appreciates the moment you pause, to rest and recover
BE in a moment that RESOLVES to PAUSE and REST and RECOVER
For this is required
And these are the moments that will help you survive
And these are the moments
When you are truly a Human BEING
