A Clinical Nurse Leader is a master’s educated nurse, prepared for practice across the continuum of care within any healthcare setting. Developed by American Association of Colleges of Nursing in collaboration with leaders from healthcare practice and education, CNLs enter nursing as beginner nurses but tend to rise faster, earn more, and lead at the bedside, on the unit, and in systems because of all they bring to the table.

At our CNL Zoom info session, you'll speak with recruiters, CNL faculty and students, to learn more about the role, UVA's program, as well as what you can expect after graduation.
