Participants are invited to unwind and relax at the end of the day, by increasing body awareness and improving alignment through gentle, slow movements within the hatha yoga postures and by means of yogic (deep) breath. The class will explore variations of positions within postures and explore use of props to support the most effective versions of postures for each individual. No special “yoga props” are needed – alternatives to blocks and bolsters can be found around your house.
