UVA School of Nursing students are invited to an interactive discussion forum on 4/29 at noon in CMNEB, room G010, with UVA Health nursing leaders and UVA nursing students about the state of the profession.
We'll hear from Dr. Kathy Baker, chief nursing officer at the UVA Medical Center, about the realities of COVID but also a vision for a positive future within our own medical center and hospitals everywhere. Your voice is important to share your observations, concerns and questions. Discussion will be facilitated by Dr. Tanya Thomas, clinical instructor and a graduate of the UVA SON's DNP program. We hope you will join us for this conversation.
A grab-and-go lunch will be available at the end of the session for the first 100 participants.
